He moved on from newspapers to public relations and marketing work, representing some of the state’s best known firms before signing on with Honda Manufacturing of Alabama twelve years ago.
Now he’s moving to a newly created position that will have him coordinating communications for all 14 of Honda’s major North American manufacturing facilities.
While Morrison was known as the “go-to” guy at HMA for those of us in the media, he also gave of his time in the community. His presence will be missed on the boards of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind Foundation, the Talladega County Economic Development Authority and the Marianna Greene Henry Special Equestrian Foundation.
We wish him well in his new role.
