CACC taking donations
Central Alabama Community College-Talladega Campus is partnering with the American Red Cross to serve as a tornado relief donation collection site in an effort to help our neighbors. All donations will be accepted, but we will place a special emphasis on the following items:<br /><br /> <br /><br />· School supplies for the damaged schools who are trying to complete their year<br /><br />· Personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)<br /><br />· Bottled water<br /><br />· Batteries and flashlights<br /><br />· Canned goods<br /><br />· Packages of underwear and socks (all ages and sizes)<br /><br />· Work gloves<br /><br />· Diapers and baby supplies<br /><br />· New or gently used clothes<br /><br />· Monetary donations (please make checks payable to American Red Cross)<br /><br /> <br /><br />Donations will be accepted Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 7:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Central Alabama Community College-Talladega Campus is located at 1009 South Street East at the corner of South Street and Haynes Street across the Talladega County Health Department. Please call 256-480-2066 with any questions.
