hi i watching a lot of child custody cases where thr Judge will always say (tht te Law ) and the way i see it thats a cop out and a way to ease there minds .so i think the judge and the attorneys need to realize thatwhen he or she gives custody to some one the judge and the childs attorney need to no that down the road if thet child gets in trouble its not the childs blame but the ones that put hem or she in that life stile and the way he or she was raised and the judge should know that if person getting custody is in to any type of drug use and has been told to stay clean that a year is not that long if thats the way they was raised and even if tey have some one lveing with them ts drug user they should not custody if some one is raised to do drugs . le .r cheat theyll all there lfe . and a child needs more then a one year clean home so the judge needs to here what the child has to say no matter how old he or she may be .thank you.
