TALLADEGA — The search continues for a woman whose husband has not seen her since Jan. 2.

Kathy Mae Lynn is described by Talladega police as being a 45-year-old white female. She is 5 feet tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She does not appear to have any credit cards or access to a vehicle. No clothing description was available.

Talladega Police Capt. Leon Thomas said Lynn was seen in a doctor’s office in Pell City on Jan. 8, where she renewed several prescriptions. She does not appear to have filled any of them, however, and has not been seen since.

Lynn was last seen by her husband at their residence on 18th Street on Jan. 2. She was reported missing Jan. 10. According to Police Chief Alan Watson, she has family in Gadsden who have not seen nor heard from her either.

Authorities are concerned for her well being, Watson said.

Anyone with information on Lynn’s location or condition should contact the Talladega Police Detective Division at 256-362-4508 or call the city’s anonymous tip line at 256-299-0011.
