CACC taking donations

Central Alabama Community College-Talladega Campus is partnering with the American Red Cross to serve as a tornado relief donation collection site in an effort to help our neighbors. All donations will be accepted, but we will place a special emphasis on the following items:



· School supplies for the damaged schools who are trying to complete their year

· Personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, etc.)

· Bottled water

· Batteries and flashlights

· Canned goods

· Packages of underwear and socks (all ages and sizes)

· Work gloves

· Diapers and baby supplies

· New or gently used clothes

· Monetary donations (please make checks payable to American Red Cross)



Donations will be accepted Monday-Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and on Friday from 7:30 a.m.-11:00 a.m.



Central Alabama Community College-Talladega Campus is located at 1009 South Street East at the corner of South Street and Haynes Street across the Talladega County Health Department. Please call 256-480-2066 with any questions. Special arrangements can be made to make donations at other times or to pick up donations if needed.
